Vipul Garg is a seasoned finance and real estate professional with over 15 years of global experience across capital markets, investment advisory, and real estate development. He brings a unique blend of financial acumen and technical expertise, underpinned by a Master of Science in Real Estate (Finance & Investment) from New York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.

As the Founder & CEO of Skin Rights LLC, Vipul has led numerous high-impact financial consulting and advisory engagements across acquisitions, debt & equity structuring, asset management, and M&A transactions. His extensive portfolio includes multi-million-dollar underwriting, valuation, and feasibility analyses for enterprise and real estate assets including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
